High-performance insulation solution for high-temperature industrial processes
It is well known that maintaining stable core temperatures is critical to maintaining process yield. However, many insulation materials fail to withstand high-temperature environments, revealing their limitations.
Pyrogel® HPS was designed from the ground up to deliver excellent performance in harsh environments such as delayed coking and high-energy piping (HEP).
Through patented manufacturing processes, Pyrogel HPS achieves very low thermal conductivity while boasting up to 75% thinner thickness compared to conventional insulation materials.

Complex shapes and limited spaces pose significant challenges to rigid insulation materials commonly used in high-temperature insulation.
Many facilities are now switching to Pyrogel HPS because it comes in a flexible blanket form that can be applied to both piping and tanks.
A single Pyrogel product can be applied to various parts, replacing warehouse space that previously stored large quantities of custom-made rigid insulation materials.
